“Oh World I Can Not Hold You Close Enough.” 1200 sq. ft., Wynnewood, PA

Artist in Residence. Student created and painted imagery. This was combined with Meg’s  Trom d’loeil techniques.  2005 

 

The Family Portrait: A Perfect Community Mural – 2000 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

The Public is asked to both draw and vote on an image that will be a mural on 2nd and Race Streets in Philadelphia. This design process creates the perfect family while poking fun and investigating how public art really gets created in contemporary times.  2005 

 

Passing Through – 15,000 sq. ft., 14 sites, Philadelphia, PA.

One 5,000 sq. ft. central site and 13 satellite locations. A public work of art scattered throughout the city of Philadelphia. Signage was altered with eavesdropped words heard at each location.  2003-2004 

 

Broad & Lombard Sts. - 6,000 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

Located across from the new Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on South Broad Street, this mural, The Theatre of Life incorporates sculptural, mosaic and computer generated media.  2002 

 

“Once in a Millennium Moon” - 30,000 sq. ft., Shreveport, LA.

Largest publicly funded mural in the United States.  This two-sided painting wraps around the AT&T communications center for the Southeast.  It explores the theme of the cycles of life.  This project involved over 2500 community participants.  2000-2001 

 

“Philadelphia Muses” - 6,000 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

This painting appears near Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts.  It explores the diversity of artistic disciplines today.  It features the nine contemporary muses of the arts taking part in a gigantic arts game.  1999 

 

“Journey” - 2200 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

This multi-paneled mural covers a Children’s Crisis Treatment Center and it depicts a metaphorical journey that parallels what a youth might experience at the center.  1998 

 

“Common Threads” - 7500 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

The largest mural in Philadelphia transforms a classic building into an urban masterpiece.  Students from an area high school are juxtaposed with classical figurines.  1997 

 

“One Year” - 2000 sq. ft., Norristown, PA.

A painting and ceramic collaboration that covers four sides of a campus art building.  1996 

 

“La Vida de Teatro Venustiana Caranza” - 1800 sq. ft., Mexico City, Mexico.

This gigantic fresco adorns the front of a Mexican theatre.  It takes political figures (typically painted in Mexican murals) and replaces them with the portraits of people who live in the adjoining park.  1995   

 

“Phoenixville” - 3500 sq. ft., Phoenixville, PA.

This painting spans the side of a four story building and depicts the metaphorical rebirth and history of a steel town.  1994 

 

“The Gateway” - 3200 sq. ft., Philadelphia, PA.

Located in the heart of Central Philadelphia, this mural is an innovated look at a city’s present day people and its historical past.  1993
